What is the Purpose of the Implementation & Feedback Tool?
We have developed this online feedback collection tool to monitor:
- The time and resource investment of the advocacy groups in communication, education and assistance related to the health insurance marketplaces/exchanges.
- Feedback received from people with cancer, a history of cancer or at high risk of cancer who purchase insurance on the marketplaces/exchanges.
The tool will also provide an easy way to share what is working well, and identify issues and opportunities for improving the Cancer Insurance Checklist.
Aggregated information gathered from the monitoring tool will be made available to the partner organizations and the broader cancer community for use in discussion with patients, payers, health care professionals, and public policy officials regarding implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
How it Works
Step 1: Register below by completing your contact and organization information.
Step 2: Share you feedback regarding the implementation on a monthly basis using the online collection form.
Step 3: Return to the site each month to share more information.
